Chamber Membership Application

Membership Representation: Each member will receive representation/contacts and voting privileges as follows: up to $100 annual investment = 1 vote/representative; each additional $100 investment = 1 vote/representative not to exceed 5 total votes/representatives.

This membership pledge is to be renewed annually unless cancelled in writing.

Membership dues in the Chamber of Commerce may be tax deductible as a ordinary and necessary expense. Dues paid to the Chamber are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. The Chamber is not a charity but serves as an advocate organization for area businesses.

Submission of this form constitutes my request to becoming a member in the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce.
